This is my FAVORITE Valentine card this year :) It is absolutely adorable and I used it this month every chance I had!
I wish I could take credit for this card, however I CASED (copy and steal everything) it from my demonstrator's website.
But I did add the bling :) What's a Valentine without a little bit of glitter? For this card, I used our Fine Galaxy Red Glitter and Crystal Effects. With 3 little dots of Glue on each point of the heart, I was able to keep the glue in a heart form versus a big blob. It takes a steady hand and a little bit of patience and finesse, of course. The beauty of using Crystal Effects, is even though it's hard to see in my picture, is that the glittery hearts are raised 3-D. This glue dries is in the same thickness as applied and doesn't go flat :)
