Button, Button!!

We made this card at my Stamp -A- Stack earlier this month. This card is made using all of Stampin' Up!'s coordinating products....ink, ribbon and card stock in Rich Razzleberry. The grosgrain ribbon is attached by putting down a strip of Sticky Strip (super, super strong double sided tape). As you lay the ribbon on the tape, you occasionally fold the ribbon up just slightly to obtain the faux ruffle appearance.

Button, Button comes with all these little individual stamps. I ordered this set in clear mount knowing I would be trying this technique. How easy it was to simply arrange the stamps in a cluster on our biggest acrylic block. I was so happy that it worked so easily and perfectly! I arranged the stamps once and for our class we simply passed the stamp around as-is and used it as you would a big background stamp. Talk about 5 minutes or less! I think the hardest part to this card was choosing the sentiment!

I left one single stamp on it's own. We used it to stamp several buttons, punch them out and we popped them up with dimensionals and placed them randomly.

Supplies:

Stamps: Button, Button and Sincere Salutations
Paper: Rich Razzleberry and Naturals Ivory
Ink: Rich Razzleberry
Accessories: 1/4 Rich Razzleberry Grosgrain, Oval Scallop Punch, Oval Punch, Dimensionals and Sticky Strip

Happy Stamping :)
